2006年8月9日黑龙江省职业教育工作会议在哈尔滨市召开,省委副书记、常务副省长栗战书做重要讲话,明确指出了黑龙江省职业教育面临的新形势,号召全省职业教育工作战线的教育者、领导者要统一思想,明确任务,深化改革,务实创新,推进全省职业教育的全面协调健康发展。副省长程幼东主持会议,并就贯彻落实省政府《实施意见》做工作报告,对进一步做好职业教育工作进行了部署和安排。会议还表彰了全省职业教育先进单位和先进个人,省教育厅、劳动和社会保障厅、财政厅、发改委、农委、经委六部门的有关负责同志在会上发言,齐齐哈尔市人民政府、黑河教育局、鸡西大学等职业教育先进单位还在会议上就自身改革发展的经验同与会人员做了交流,给与会人员以很大启发。这次会议虽然只历时一天,却是一次成效显著的会议,它让全省上下的职教同仁们及与职业教育发展相关的部门负责人充分意识到了新时期下全省职业教育正面临着新机遇与新挑战并存的局面。
August 9, 2006 Work Conference of Vocational Education in Heilongjiang Province was held in Harbin. Although this meeting lasted only one day, it was a remarkable one. It made the province’s vocational education and training departments and department heads responsible for the development of vocational education fully aware that the vocational education in the province is facing new situations in the new period Opportunities and new challenges coexist.
