本文从药动学角度描述了大分子载体系统用于普通药物、蛋白及基因药物定位给药的现状及未来发展趋势。大分子载体系统在临床应用成功需要在全身、器官、细胞及亚细胞水平进行深入的药动学研究。此外 ,生物化学、细胞及分子生物学、药理学及药动学等多学科研究领域的共同进步将加速大分子载体给药系统的商品化进程。
In this paper, the current situation and future development trend of macromolecule carrier system for drug delivery of generic drugs, proteins and gene drugs are described from the perspective of pharmacokinetics. Successful use of macromolecule carrier systems in clinical practice requires in-depth pharmacokinetic studies at systemic, organ, cellular and subcellular levels. In addition, advances in multidisciplinary fields such as biochemistry, cell and molecular biology, pharmacology and pharmacokinetics will accelerate the commercialization of macromolecular carrier delivery systems.
