目的探讨知识女性亚健康状态与月经异常之间的关系。方法对1053名知识女性作SCL-90测试,同时询问、记录月经情况。结果亚健康者有906/1053(86%)按其SCL-90原始总分值分布状况分为轻、中、重,分值为:226.56±20.34、258.76±34.47、273.23±21.76(P<0.01)。月经异常的发生率分别为:亚健康组月经周期异常、经期异常、经量异常和痛经发生率为:12.21%、12.87%、34.67%、2.87%,对照组分别为7.68%、6.10%、13.14%、1.36%(两组比较P<0.01);月经异常组SCL-90中各因子除恐怖因子外均高于常模值组(P均<0.01);月经正常组的躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、偏执因子高于常模(P<0.01);月经异常组的躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、偏执、精神病性因子与月经正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论随着亚健康状态的加重月经异常的发生率增加,周期、经期、经量和痛经的发生率都增加(P<0.01),月经异常的知识女性存在着明显的心理障碍,知识女性也存在着一些心理障碍。建立中国知识女性的SCL-90常模很有必要。
Objective To explore the relationship between sub-health status and abnormal menstruation in knowledgeable women. Methods A total of 1053 female students were tested for SCL-90. Conclusion With the increase in the incidence of menstrual abnormalities aggravation of sub-health state, period, menstruation, by volume and incidence of dysmenorrhea have increased (P <0.01), the female menstrual abnormalities knowledge of the obvious psychological barriers, intellectual women there With some mental disorders. It is necessary to establish the SCL-90 norm in Chinese intellectual women.
