鉴于我国农药的创新能力、产业发展水平和应用水平有了明显提高,建议设立“国家农药创新与应用专项”。以创新为引导,统筹规划、目标清晰地提高我国绿色农药的创新能力、产业竞争力、应用技术水平,以实现全国范围的顶层设计,促进农药创新与应用的实施和协调发展。
In view of the significant improvement in China’s innovative ability, industrial development level and application level of pesticides, it is proposed to set up a “National Special Project for Innovation and Application of Pesticides”. With innovation as the guide, overall planning and objectives clearly improve the innovation capability, industrial competitiveness, and application technology level of China’s green pesticides so as to achieve nationwide top-level design and promote the implementation and coordinated development of pesticide innovation and application.
