As we all know, the use of coal-fired power plant as a production of pottery clay depleters and fuel additives is a promising direction. However, coal ash as a coarsely dispersed material is not suitable for the production of low plastic loess sand clay products. In Kazakhstan and Central Asia, bricks are mainly loamy sands, a low-quality, poorly-sourced raw material whose plastic index does not exceed 10 and therefore can not guarantee the cold resistance and strength of bricks. In this paper, the possibility of making the clay part of zirconia-ilmenite gravity separation tailings clay as clay is obtained after being pulverized and screened, and it is muddy with a humidity of 37% -45%.
