目前,世界各国已经公认控制饮食和规律运动是预防和治疗糖尿病的两大基本措施,许多糖尿病前期或病情较轻的患者,仅控制饮食和适当运动就可以预防或控制糖尿病。但是,运动也是有一些风险的,如增加低血糖的发生率,加重糖代谢紊乱等。因此,糖尿病患者需要在专业人员指导下进行运动,从中获得益处,规避风险。
At present, the countries in the world have recognized that controlling diet and regular exercise are two basic measures to prevent and treat diabetes. Many patients with pre-diabetes or mild illness can prevent or control diabetes only by controlling diet and proper exercise. However, exercise also has some risks, such as increasing the incidence of hypoglycemia, increased glucose metabolism disorders. Therefore, patients with diabetes need to exercise under the guidance of professionals to benefit from it and avoid risks.
