目的:探讨小儿手足口病的流行病学,临床表现,治疗和结果分析。方法:对2011～2012年我院儿科收治的124例手足口病的临床资料进行分析。结果:124例手足口病患者均痊愈出院,未发生院内感染及死亡,未出现大的流行。结论:小儿易患手足口病,应早期发现,早期隔离,早期治疗,及早预防能减少并发症,提高治愈率。
Objective: To investigate the epidemiology, clinical manifestation, treatment and outcome analysis of children hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods: The clinical data of 124 cases of HFMD treated in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 were analyzed. Results: 124 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease patients were cured and discharged without nosocomial infection and death, there is no major epidemic. Conclusion: Children are susceptible to hand-foot-mouth disease. Early detection, early isolation, early treatment and early prevention can reduce the complications and improve the cure rate.
