目的探讨白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取确诊咳嗽变异性哮喘的患者33例,给予孟鲁司特10mg/d,睡前一次口服。必要时加用β2受体激动剂沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,治疗8周观察疗效。结果经孟鲁司特治疗后患者咳嗽症状评分明显下降,肺功能改善,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论孟鲁司特对咳嗽变异性哮喘具有良好治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast on leukotriene receptor antagonist cough variant asthma. Methods Totally 33 patients with confirmed cough variant asthma were given montelukast 10 mg / d and orally at bedtime. When necessary, add with β2 receptor agonist albuterol aerosol treatment, the treatment of 8 weeks to observe the curative effect. Results After montelukast treatment, the cough symptom scores decreased significantly and lung function improved. The difference was statistically significant before and after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion Montelukast has a good therapeutic effect on cough variant asthma.
