山西大学化学系为了与专业课——“有机光化学”配合,对应用光化学专门组的本科四年级学生开设了“有机光化学实验”课,学时数为30—36,主要实验内容有:(1)光化学基本实验技术(光源及光反应器的选用、高、低、中压汞弧灯的特性、分子吸收光谱和发射光谱);(2)有机光化学反应(羰基化合物的光还原、芳香化合物的光反应、光化合成笼状化合物、光环化、光二聚、光取代、光合成、光氧化等);(3)文献实验。
Department of Chemistry, Shanxi University In order to cooperate with the specialized course “Organic Photochemistry”, the fourth-graders of Applied Photochemistry special group set up the course of “Organic Photochemistry Experiment” with the total number of 30-36 hours. The main contents include: (1) Photochemistry Basic experimental techniques (selection of light sources and photoreactors, characteristics of high, low, medium pressure mercury arc lamps, molecular absorption spectroscopy and emission spectroscopy); (2) organic photochemical reactions (photoreduction of carbonyl compounds, photoreaction of aromatic compounds , Photochemical synthesis of cage compounds, photocycling, photodimerization, photo-substitution, photo-synthesis, photo-oxidation, etc.); (3) literature experiments.
