为推进新常态下非公有制经济组织和社会组织党建工作,成都市出台了《关于在非公有制企业中开展“党建组团”工作的意见》和《关于建立社会组织党建工作指导团(站)的意见》(以下简称“两个意见”)。“两个意见”立足于探索破解“两新”组织(新经济组织和新社会组织)党建难题的实践,为创新推动“两新”组织党建工作提供了方法路径。
