本文回顾并比较了电力工业各种CO2减排方式,对各种减排方式的减排成本进行计算与评估,并将其与在国际碳交易市场中的减排经济效益相比较,在此基础上对中国电力行业发展碳减排的前景进行了分析和预测:各种减排方式综合应用是我国电力工业碳减排的必然趋势,其中,节能、水电、核电及风电由于其低成本和低排放量,是应优先发展的重要减排技术。
