对日光过敏伴发感染性疾病的现象已认识多年。作者报导了一例局部日光性水痘。患者为2岁女孩,在初诊时见其颈部及臂部为特殊的脓癌性发疹。开始24小时发生在局限于3天前曾有轻度日光灼伤的部位。在其后24小时内脓疱很快蔓延到未暴露在日光的部位并有全身泛发。这些皮疹都表现为典型的水痘。疱液用 Tzank 法涂片可见多核气球状细胞。作者在讨论中指出牛痘疹、腹股沟淋巴肉芽肿、水痘和单纯疱疹都视为是一种伴有光敏成分的感染
The phenomenon of allergic sunshine associated with infectious diseases has been recognized for many years. The author reported a case of local sunlight chickenpox. The patient, a 2-year-old girl, had a specific abscess rash on the neck and arms at first visit. The first 24 hours occurred in areas limited to three days ago had mild sun burns. In the next 24 hours, the pustules quickly spread to areas not exposed to sunlight and had generalized pan-hair. These rashes show typical chickenpox. Blister fluid Tzank smear multi-nuclear balloon-like cells. In the discussion, the authors point out that vaccinia rash, inguinal lymphatic granuloma, chickenpox and herpes simplex are considered as infections with a photosensitive component
