研究了氯甲烷在HZSM5分子筛催化剂上的催化转化,产物以高级烷烃和芳烃为主,其分布随反应温度而改变。在400~450℃时,催化剂上结碳量最低,而更高温度的反应产生大量的结碳并导致催化剂迅速失活。FTIR和元素分析表明,产物中的HCl对催化剂的骨架结构和组成没有明显的影响。
The catalytic conversion of methyl chloride on HZSM5 molecular sieve catalyst was studied. The products mainly consisted of higher alkanes and aromatics, the distribution of which varied with the reaction temperature. At 400-450 ° C, the amount of carbon formation on the catalyst is the lowest, whereas the reaction at higher temperatures produces a large amount of carbon formation and leads to rapid deactivation of the catalyst. FTIR and elemental analysis showed that HCl in the product had no significant effect on the catalyst’s framework structure and composition.
