以甜菜为原料的糖厂中广泛使用Dds双螺旋连续渗出器,其主传动上下端分别由电动机通过三角皮带带动两个相同的齿轮减速箱,减速箱的输出端通过链条分别驱动两条螺旋主轴。主机运行时,要求两条螺旋主轴的转速相同,轴两端的驱动装置保证同步运行,否则将影响设备正常运转。 在实际运行中,常出现链条链轴串出,造成传动链条脱落,两主轴不同步,主轴瓦位移,使螺旋带变形、减速器轮齿折断。为避免因串轴造成重大经济损失,我厂设计了链轴串出断链报警装置,使用效果良好。
