目的观察4种矿物粉尘对人体大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌、缓症链球菌等3种正常细菌的影响。方法矿物粉尘与3种细胞作用24小时后,观察培养基钙离子、镁离子、3种细菌特征酶、特征产物以及扫描电镜观察细胞形态变化。结果水镁石粉尘及水泥厂粉尘使3种细菌培养基钙离子、镁离子、细菌数量及葡萄糖消耗显著增高,特征酶、特征产物增多,各细菌形态均发生了改变。结论含钙离子或镁离子高的矿物粉尘能促进3种细菌的生长代谢。
Objective To observe the effects of four mineral dusts on three kinds of normal bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus mitis. Methods After 24 hours exposure to mineral dust with three kinds of cells, calcium and magnesium ions in the culture medium, three kinds of bacteria characteristic enzymes, characteristic products and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the cell morphological changes. Results The brucite dust and the cement dust increased the amounts of calcium ions, magnesium ions, bacteria and glucose in the three kinds of bacterial culture media, and increased the characteristic enzymes and characteristic products, and changed the morphology of the bacteria. Conclusion Mineral dust containing high calcium ions or magnesium ions can promote the growth and metabolism of three kinds of bacteria.
