2002年8月7日,是新中国政府统计机构成立50周年的纪念日。在此之际,中国统计数字首次向国际社会敞开了家底儿,这样,中国统计数字更加透明化,国际社会可以很方便地在国际货币基金组织网站(www.imf.org)上浏览有关我国包括国内生产总值(GDP)在内的宏观经济数据和社会人口等数据。这是中国在加入GDDS(国际货币基金组织制定的“数据公布通用系统”)之后首次向社会公布,它标志着中国统计已经开始全面贯彻GDDS的要求并与国际接轨。自此,它的客观、权威、公正可以让你一览无遗,让你一次看个够。在此背景下,本刊记者走访了国家统计局国民经济综合统计司司长郑经平、调研员林京兴等数名专家学者,这里将中国统计与GDDS以及中国即将加入的SDDS(国际货币基金组织制定的“数据公布特殊标准”)介绍如下:
August 7, 2002, is the anniversary of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the new Chinese government statistics agency. On this occasion, for the first time, Chinese statistics have opened the door to the international community. As a result, statistics in China are more transparent. The international community can easily browse the website of the IMF (www.imf.org) Gross domestic product (GDP), including macroeconomic data and social population data. This is the first time that China joins GDDS (General System of Data Disclosure by the International Monetary Fund) that it announces to the public that it marks that China Statistics has begun to fully implement the requirements of GDDS and is in line with international standards. Since then, its objective, authoritative, fair can make you glance, let you see enough. Against this background, we interviewed several experts and scholars such as Zheng Jingping, director of the National Bureau of Statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics, and Lin Jingxing, a researcher. We will compare statistics of China with GDDS and China’s forthcoming SDDS (International Monetary Fund) “Data Publication Special Standards ”) are described below:
