各区、县人民政府,市府直属各单位,驻穗有关单位:广州市各级医疗部门的医务人员,多年以来,发扬革命人道主义精神,在为我市人民防治疾病、救死扶伤的艰苦工作中,做了很多工作,成绩很大。但是,由于医务人员长期任务繁重,医疗部门又有许多工作尚待改进,因而还不能满足人民群众防治疾病的需要,这些都是要在改革中逐步解决的。医疗单位的改革和医务人员素质的提高,要有一个安定的环境和正常的秩序。最近,我市接连出现的冲击和干扰医疗机构正常工作秩序和伤害医务人员的事件,各级政府应予重
All district and county people’s governments and units directly under the municipal government are in the relevant units in Guangzhou: medical personnel at all levels of the medical department in Guangzhou have, for many years, carried forward the spirit of revolutionary humanitarianism and are working hard for people in our city to prevent and treat diseases and save lives. Do a lot of work, great achievements. However, due to the long-term heavy workload of medical personnel, the medical department still has a lot of work to be improved, and thus it is still unable to meet the needs of the people for disease prevention and control. These are to be gradually resolved during the reform. The reform of medical units and the improvement of the quality of medical personnel must have a stable environment and normal order. Recently, the city’s governments have to pay more attention to the impact of the city’s successive attacks and interference with the normal working order of medical institutions and injuries to medical personnel.
