许多教研类文章都对写作教师的角色定位和教学策略提出过中肯的看法。但笔者认为写作教师最根本的一点在于培养学生的主体意识。众所周知,在写作活动中,起决定性作用的是写作主体,写作成品质量取决于写作主体的素质。学生的主体意识的形成并不是一蹴而就的,而是一个循序渐进、逐步提升的动态过程。对这一过程的分析研究多偏重于对主体的思维和写作的流程,对于写作主体的人格的研究很少涉及。笔者认为:兴趣、乐趣、志趣应是写作人格逐步提升的三重境界。
Many teaching and research articles have put forward a fair view on the role of writing teachers and teaching strategies. However, I think that the most fundamental point of writing teachers lies in cultivating students’ subjective consciousness. As we all know, in the writing activities, play a decisive role is the main writing, writing quality of the finished product depends on the quality of writing subjects. The formation of students’ subjective consciousness is not a one-way process, but a dynamic process that is gradual and gradual improvement. The analysis of this process is more emphasis on the process of thinking and writing on the subject, the research on the personality of writing subjects rarely involved. I believe: interest, fun, interest should be the gradual improvement of writing personality triple realm.
