长庆筑路工程(集团)总公司(原长庆筑路工程处)1985年前完全依赖上级指令性计划组织生产。近年来,闯市场、转机制、严管理,使企业走上了高速高效发展之路。固定资产由1985年2000万元增加到1995年1.49亿元,增加了7倍;施工产值由768万元增长到2.97亿元,增长了38倍。“八五”期间,产值每年平均递增56.60%,利润每年平均递增48.70%。
