患儿男,5岁,因“肾病综合征”于1992年7月9日住院。经激素、利尿剂及中药等综合治疗2个月,各项化验指标正常后出院。出院后医嘱继续服用激素并逐渐减量。为防止长期用激素引起胃功能减退,住院治疗1个月时注射促皮质激素25U,注射后无不良反应。遵医嘱,出院1个月(10月12日)后再来门诊肌注25U促皮质激素。注射后5分钟,患儿自述全身发痒,随之面部及四肢出现散在皮疹,继而面色苍白、四肢发凉、颤抖。
