本文采用有限单元法研究了引信钟表机构齿轮的强度分析问题,得到了齿轮在工作条件下的应力和位移分布,发现了原来采用的计算方法的不准确性,并且讨论了齿轮强度设计的改进方法。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to study the strength analysis of gear in the fuze watch mechanism. The stress and displacement distribution of the gear under the working condition is obtained. The inaccuracy of the original calculation method is found and the improved method of gear strength design is discussed .
