我院杨叔子教授等人研制成功的APPLE-Ⅱ微型机在线信号处理系统在全国高校机械工程测试技术研究会上引起与会代表极大兴趣。“APPLE-Ⅱ微型机在线信号处理系统”,是以APPLE微型机为基础,附以信号采集外围设备以及成套软件构成的多功能的信号(动态数据)处理系统。该系统除保持APPLE-Ⅱ微型机的一般功能外,能在线/离线自动采集数据,存盘,按需要予以调用与分析,便于对信号捕捉、存储、处理;能在线/离线自动采集数据,既可进行单、双通道FFT分析,又可建立自回归(AR)模型,进行自回归谱分析与有关特性分析(而这点是目前国内外数据处理系统所没有的),特别有利于短数据的处理;能将FFT频谱分析用于工况监视,将自回归模型用于预测,具有一定的精度和可靠性。该系统已于今年八月通过鉴定。
The successful application of APPLE-Ⅱ microcomputer online signal processing system developed by Professor Yang Shu-zi and others in our institute attracted great interest from delegates at the National Engineering Research Laboratory for Mechanical Engineering. “APPLE-Ⅱ Microcomputer online signal processing system” is based on APPLE microcomputer, attached to the signal acquisition peripherals and software packages composed of multi-function signal (dynamic data) processing system. In addition to the general functions of the APPLE-II microcomputer, the system can automatically collect data online and offline, save it and call and analyze it as needed to capture, store and process the signals. It can collect data online and offline, Single-and double-channel FFT analysis, but also the establishment of autoregressive (AR) model, autoregressive spectral analysis and analysis of the relevant characteristics (which is not the current data processing system at home and abroad), is particularly conducive to short data processing ; FFT spectrum analysis can be used for condition monitoring and autoregressive model for prediction with certain accuracy and reliability. The system passed the appraisal in August this year.
