通过理论分析,建立了SiC_w/A1复合材料中SiC_w的平面取向函数与空间取向函数的关系,研究了压铸态及挤压态SiC_w/A1复合材料中SiC_w的平面及空间取向函数.结果表明,复合材料中SiC_w平面取向函数与空间取向函数存在明显差别;其中空间取向函数代表复合材料中Sic_w的实际取向分布状态,与复合材料中的各向性能差异相符合.
The relationship between the plane orientation function of SiC_w and the space orientation function in SiC_w / A1 composites was established by theoretical analysis, and the plane and space orientation functions of SiC_w in the as-cast and as-extruded SiC_w / A1 composites were studied. The results show that the composite The SiC_w plane orientation function and the space orientation function have obvious difference in the material. The space orientation function represents the actual orientation distribution of SiC_w in the composite, which is consistent with the difference of the anisotropy in the composite.
