在我国的医学发展过程当中,对于医院的档案资料是医院发展的重要部分。医院中的综合档案主要是用于记录医院医生对于日常看病情况和医院内部管理模式的一种形式,可以用较为直白的文字和图片来展示出在医学研究实践过程中所经历的过程和发展的具体内容。这是一种师资力量和医疗水平的集中体现。由此可以看出医院综合档案管理的重要性。在本文中,我们就三级甲等医院现有的一整套较为完整的医学档案的管理方式进行研究,进一步的将档案的管理规范化、有序化、整体化。并结合一些科学的方法来对现有的医院综合档案管理方式进行完善,从不断的研究实践当中总结出最为合理、有效的管理模式来适应现阶段的医疗体系。
