“产业项目公开征集的办法非常好,使得我们这些企业都有了获得政府支持的机会,对企业的发展影响非常大。”数码视讯董事长郑海涛如是说。令郑海涛赞不绝口的,是北京市发改委正在大力推进的一项工作,那就是自2004年7月开始推行的产业项目公开征集筛选制度。时间进入2005年,首批工业项目和高技术项目的公开征集、评审等都已经圆满完成。同时,新的项目征集筛选又已经开始,并且纳入公开征集的产业范围明显扩大。
