精神分裂症是精神科的常见病,其病因和发病诱因尚在研究中。今将郭氏家族连续五代58人,发病21例的调查报告如下: 一、调查时间及方法:自1980～1987年我们对郭氏家系个体发病者按规定项目填写表格,并建立简要病历卡。每年春、夏、秋、冬四次对既往病人随访观察,将病情记录入卡;新发病例随时填写病历卡入档。参考1984年“黄山会议”有关精神分裂症的诊断标准。
