随着我国工业与民用建筑行业的飞速发展,桩基础对建筑的地基基础得到广泛的应用,民用多层建筑中,用人工挖孔括底灌注桩基础替代混凝土条形基础和砌体条形等基础,具有机具设备简单,土方量小,施工操作方便,占用施工场地小,对周围建筑物影响小,单桩承载力高,施工质量可靠,不会断桩,可全面展开施工,缩短工期,造价低等优点,解决了土建施工中很多难题。以笔者所在黑龙江省黑河地区的城市为例,建成和在建的砖混、底框和框架结构多层建筑大部分采用人工挖孔括底灌注桩基础,这主要是该地域的地质条件等因素造成的。人工挖孔括底灌注桩适用于地下水位低,土质较好的黄土、亚黏土、含有少量砂的土质土层。水位高,软土质、流砂土质不易采用。
