基因表达的时、空、量模式的变化引起了生命过程中细胞的发育和分化、细胞周期的调节、细胞的衰老和死亡以及细胞的病理过程。寻找差异表达基因成为目前基因研究的一个非常重要的内容。近年来,分离差异表达基因的技术不断完善,先后出现了消减杂交、mRNA差异显示法、代表性差异分析法、基因表达系列分析、抑制性消减杂交和(半)定量聚合酶链反应等多种分析技术。本文就牙髓研究中的2种常用的大规模快速筛选差异基因的分析方法和应用进展作一综述。
Changes in the gene expression of space, time and quantity patterns of life led to the development and differentiation of cells, the regulation of the cell cycle, cell aging and death and the pathological process of cells. Looking for differentially expressed genes has become a very important part of gene research. In recent years, the technology of separating differentially expressed genes has been continuously improved. Subtractive hybridization, mRNA differential display method, representative difference analysis method, serial analysis of gene expression series, suppression subtractive hybridization and (semi) quantitative polymerase chain reaction analytical skills. In this paper, two commonly used large-scale rapid screening of differentially expressed genes in dental pulp research methods and applications are reviewed.
