选择性肝动脉灌注化疗,对于各类肝癌特别是原发性肝癌的治疗效果,已为国内外广大学者公认,我们近年来对原发性肝癌进行选择性肝动脉栓塞灌注化疗收到了较好的近期效果,现将资料完整的63例肝癌的介入治疗报告如下:1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料:63例中,男43例,女20例。年龄19～78岁。所有患者均经临床结合B超、CT及血常规、血小板计数、肝功能、AFP等检查诊断为肝癌,其中巨块型肝癌39例,结节型肝癌14例,弥漫型肝癌10例。1.2 治疗方法:采用Seldinger技术经皮股动脉穿刺,引入
