本文借助实证研究,通过倾听学生的声音来分享校长与学生交往实践中的得失,追寻校长与学生人际交往困惑背后的深层原因,试图为实现校长与学生良好交往提供可借鉴的实践启示。
This paper tries to find out the deep reason behind the perplexity of interpersonal relationships between principals and students through listening to the students’ voices by means of empirical research, and tries to provide practical enlightenment for the good interaction between principals and students.
