一、案例简介2015年10月,某小区物业公司在催缴物业欠费时,拟将多年拒不缴费的某业主诉至法院。接到应诉通知后,该业主的女婿余某(非小区业主,为化名)为达到不缴物业费的目的,先后向社区、城管局、消防大队、12345市长热线等部门举报,反映小区物业服务公司存在不规范、不合法等服务行为。如皋市人民法院于2016年3月组织开庭,在庭审过程中,余某就物业公司服务向法院提出5点质疑,认为物业公司在服务中存在很多不足,甚至是违法行为,业主不缴
