在炭素阳极生产中,主要原料为石油焦,以沥青作粘合剂,并掺入回收残极,残极含有氟化物,使焙烧炉烟气中含有氟、硫、焦油、粉尘等有害物质。阳极焙烧烟气净化治理为阳极生产污染防治的重点工段,净化处理工艺有干法、湿法两种。两种工艺广泛应用于国内各阳极生产企业中。利用水洗涤烟气的湿法处理工艺虽然处理效率及稳定性较高,但必须解决废水二次污染问题。本文对新近完成的阳极焙烧烟气净化污水处理系统的设计方案制定及实施进行总结归纳。

Wet treatment of water using flue gas treatment process, although the treatment efficiency and high stability, but must solve the problem of secondary pollution of waste water. This article summarizes the design and implementation of the newly completed anode baking flue gas purification sewage treatment system design.
