艾氏腹水癌细胞在cUMP(浓度为10~(-6)-10~(12M)/10~6细胞)作用下,生长受到抑制,随cUMP浓度降低,抑制作用减小。在10~(-7)M/10~6细胞cUMP作用下,胞内cAMP水平几乎没有变化,而cGMP水平升高38.3%(P<0.005)。浓度为10~(-6)-10~(-12)McUMP对胞内cAMP-PDE活性几乎没有影响,而抑制cGMP-PDE的活性,抑制作用随cUMP浓度降低而减小,这可能是胞内cGMP水平增高的原因。cUMP可能与细胞的cAMP PK结合,释放催化亚单位,细胞生长的抑制可由此发生。
