前言高频感应堆焊是以高频感应加热装置作热源,零件被堆焊部位在感应圈内加热,直至堆焊粉末熔化而形成堆焊层。高频感应堆焊操作简便,容易实现机械化生产,有较高的生产率。调节堆焊粉末量可控制堆焊层厚度在0.1~1毫米,这可满足许多农机具易损件对浅熔深薄堆高的工艺要求。这种堆焊方法还可利用低成本的耐磨合金粉末,经济效益明显。
Foreword High-frequency induction welding is a high-frequency induction heating device as a heat source, parts are surfacing parts induction heating in the induction coil until the surfacing powder melts to form a surfacing layer. High-frequency induction welding easy to operate, easy to mechanized production, high productivity. Adjusting the amount of surfacing powder can control the thickness of surfacing layer is 0.1 ~ 1 mm, which can meet many of the requirements of the vulnerable parts of agricultural machinery shallow shallow depth of heap. This method of surfacing can also use low-cost wear-resistant alloy powder, significant economic benefits.
