基辅机床制造厂对结构钢零件进行半精铣和粗铣加工中,使用了一种谢斯特罗列茨克市沃斯科夫工具厂生产的套式端面铣刀(直径160mm,齿数10)。这种铣刀上固定有用无钨KHT-16钨硬质合金制成的、切向配置的四面体刀片。刀片采用切向配置方法,可以大大增强其抗弯力矩,从而减少刀片因细微缺口而出现损坏的概率,提高了工具的可靠性。刀片整个表面都经过金刚石砂轮的研磨,因此能保证在铣刀上重新安装时的高精度,并使被加工表面的粗糙度达到Ra=2.5~5μm。
Kiev Machine Tool Works To semi-fine and rough-cut structural steel parts, a sleeve end mill (diameter 160 mm, number of teeth 10) produced by Wolskraft Tools Factory in Sheremetyevo, Ukraine was used. This milling cutter is fixed with tangentially-configured tetrahedral blades made of tungsten-free KHT-16 tungsten carbide. Tangential blade configuration method can greatly enhance its bending moment, thus reducing the probability of blade damage due to minor nicks and improve the reliability of the tool. The entire surface of the blade is ground with a diamond wheel, thus ensuring high precision when reinstalling the cutter, and the roughness of the surface to be machined to Ra = 2.5 to 5 μm.
