为研制新型的除尘装置,本文对管式高压静电除尘器的性能进行系统的实验研究。通过模型实验,研究烟气流量、粉尘浓度、电场电压对除尘效率的影响关系和变化规律,发现在一定的粉尘浓度下,只要选择合适的电场风速和电压,电除尘器的收尘效率可高达99.9%,说明在烟气除尘中,电除尘器有很好的应用前景。
In order to develop a new type of dust removal device, this paper conducts a systematic experimental study on the performance of tube-type high-voltage electrostatic precipitator. Through the model experiment, the influence relation and change regularity of flue gas flow rate, dust concentration and electric field voltage on the dust removal efficiency are studied. It is found that the dust collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator can be as high as the appropriate electric field wind speed and voltage at a certain dust concentration, 99.9%, indicating that in the flue gas dust removal, electrostatic precipitators have a good prospect.
