我与陆文夫先生的忘年交起于《美食家》。1986年我到法国留学,家父为给我解闷经常请人捎些“好看”的书给我。有一次托人带来了陆文夫的《美食家》。一天晚上临睡前,我开始读这个故事,读到大半夜,睡意全无而且饥肠辘辘,开始精神会餐,想象各种法国吃不到而且在当时中国也难得的美味佳肴。凭直觉,我觉得像中国人一样崇尚食文化的法国人,最能体会书中的酸甜苦辣,便把《美食家》推荐给了那时刚
