目的:探析小儿支原体肺炎诊断中CT的临床应用效果。方法:本次研究中可以本院2015年4月~2016年4月期间收治的24例小儿支原体肺炎患儿作为观察对象,对其均实施X线检查与CT检查,观察且对比两种检查方式的诊断准确率。结果:分析观察收集数据可见,X线检查中可获得间质性浸润的图像,CT检查则可获得不均匀性高密度影的图像;而X线检查其诊断准确率为75.00%,明显低于CT检查95.83%的诊断准确率,相关数据对比可见呈P<0.05的结果,数据存在统计学意义。结论:针对小儿支原体肺炎患儿应用CT检查进行疾病诊断可获得特征较明显的检查影像,并可以此有效地提升了诊断准确率,因而值得在临床上积极推广此项检查方式。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of CT in the diagnosis of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods: In this study, 24 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were observed. X-ray examination and CT examination were performed on both of them and the two methods of examination were compared The diagnostic accuracy. Results: We can see from the analysis and observation data that interstitial infiltrate images can be obtained in X-ray examination and inhomogeneous high-density images can be obtained in CT examination. The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray examination is 75.00%, which is significantly lower than CT examination 95.83% of the diagnostic accuracy, the relevant data showed a P <0.05 compared to the results, the data was statistically significant. Conclusion: The diagnosis of children with mycoplasma pneumonia using CT examination of disease can be more obvious features of the inspection images, and can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy, it is worth actively in clinical practice to promote this test.
