作者报告一例原发于脾脏的恶性淋巴瘤。患者男性,62岁。于1980年诊断为慢性肝炎,曾在医院观察治疗。1982年11月自觉左腹外侧部轻度疼痛,超声波检查提示有脾肿瘤而入院。查体无贫血及黄疸,浅表淋巴结不大。腹部平软无压痛,肝脾未触及。化验检查除肝功轻度异常及血沉稍快外,其余检查及骨穿、胸部X 线检查均正常。超声波检查脾下极邻近左肾的脾内部有低回声区,内部有多结节像。CT 及选择性脾动脉造影均证实脾下极有10cm 直径的肿块存在,疑为脾原发恶性淋巴瘤,于1983年1月11日剖腹 The authors report a case of primary malignant lymphoma in the spleen.
