以酸碱滴定法测定柠檬酸含量为示例,系统介绍了组合测量及回归分析在高精度滴定分析中应用的相关原理、操作步骤和数据处理,其中还详述了氢氧化钠标准溶液标定的相关细节。对该化学计量学方法在其他滴定方法,包括配位滴定法、氧化-还原滴定法及沉淀滴定法中的应用,也作了简要叙述。结果表明:与常规方法相比,虽两者间无显著差异,但精密度与可靠性均显著提高,可达到分析结果在百万或十万分位数上的零偏差测量。
Taking the citric acid content determined by acid-base titration as an example, the principle, operation procedure and data processing of combined measurement and regression analysis in high-precision titration analysis are introduced systematically. In addition, the calibration of sodium hydroxide standard solution is described in detail detail. This chemometric method is also briefly described in other titration methods, including coordination titration, oxidation-reduction titration and precipitation titration. The results showed that compared with the conventional method, although there was no significant difference between the two methods, the precision and reliability were significantly improved, and the zero deviation measurement of the analysis results in millions or hundreds of thousands can be achieved.
