当一个弹性的唇型旋转轴密封件密封油液时,在轴和密封刃口之间产生一个很薄的油膜。本文中所提出的升力归因于橡胶的表面特性。和理论分析有关的粘性摩擦力的测量结果可以用来定量计算这些表面特性,并用来估算油膜的厚度和温度。
When a flexible lip rotary shaft seal seals the fluid, a thin film of oil is created between the shaft and the seal edge. The lift proposed in this paper is attributed to the surface properties of rubber. The theoretical analysis of viscous friction measurements can be used to quantify these surface properties and to estimate the film thickness and temperature.
