3·11东日本大地震是日本灾害历史的一个节点,除了震级之高刷新纪录,随后而来的大海啸、福岛核电事故给岛国安全也提出了新的课题。大众媒体在日本社会,尤其是突发性危机事件的处理中扮演着非常醒目而且重要的角色。迄今,大地震发生后一年,围绕核电危机和灾区复兴的报道依然是日本主流媒体报道的重点。本文将以3·11东日本大地震、核辐射报道为例,透析日本媒体在危机事件中的特殊表现,并反思其对中国媒体灾害报道的借鉴意义。
3.11 The Great East Japan Earthquake, a node in the history of Japan’s disaster, provided new topics for the security of the island as well as the record high of earthquakes and the ensuing tsunami and the Fukushima accident. The mass media plays a very prominent and important role in the handling of Japanese society, especially sudden crises. So far, a year after the earthquake, the coverage of the nuclear crisis and the revival of the disaster-stricken areas remains the focus of coverage by the mainstream media in Japan. This article will take the 3.11 East Japan Earthquake and nuclear radiation as an example to analyze the special performance of the Japanese media during the crisis and reflect on its reference to the media coverage of the disaster in China.
