干部工作的目的是选好人、用好人。选是基础,用是关键。从实际情况来看,干部工作中重选拔、轻管理的现象依然不同程度地存在。做好干部工作,既要重干部任前选拔,更要重干部任后管理。任前选拔着力点在考察好、识别好干部,防止干部带病上岗;任后管理注重在建立健全机制,让干部在新岗位上有新提高、新作为,为人民的事业做出新贡献。
The purpose of the work of cadres is to select good people and use good people. The election is the foundation, is the key. From the actual situation, cadres in the work of re-election, light management of the phenomenon still exist to varying degrees.
