針灸與外治療法應用於血吸虫病,古今文獻似尚缺乏系統明顯的記載,但文獻中關於針灸外治治療痞塊,膨脹等,則有—定的療效,臨床上亦屢可證實這一點。如消血膏或二龍膏等及針灸治療痞塊爲歷代醫家所習用,此等痞塊與膨脹至少包括晚期血吸虫病的體徵在内,說明針灸與外治療法,對血吸虫病有其一定的適應性,爲了響應毛主席限期消滅血吸虫病的號召。根據「百花齊放」的原則,初步提出針灸與外治療法治療血吸虫病的治療綱要如下: 1.針灸與外治配合組,卽是針灸療法和藥物外用法組合而成,初步選定
