目的:了解新婚对象的婚检意愿,客观评价婚前保健服务质量,探讨提高婚检率的有效方法。方法:自行设计调查表,根据自愿和隐私保护的原则,以问卷调查的方法,对2009年5~9月来接受结婚登记的新婚对象进行调查。结果:被调查的600位对象中,有502位(83.67%)自愿接受婚检,有98位(16.33%)位不愿接受婚检,文化程度越高,自愿接受婚检的比例就越高。接受婚检的最主要原因是为了下一代的健康。同时,婚检对象对松江区目前的“一门式”服务模式及服务质量感到满意。未接受婚检的最主要原因是认为每年有例行的体检,不需要婚检。结论:在开展“一门式”服务的基础上,加强队伍建设,加大宣传力度,开展特色服务,提高婚检率。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the willingness of the newlywed to undergo premarital examination, to objectively evaluate the quality of premarital health care and to explore effective ways to improve premarital rate. Methods: According to the principle of voluntariness and privacy protection, a questionnaire was designed by ourselves to investigate the newlywed people who got married registration from May to September in 2009. Results: Of the 600 investigated subjects, 502 (83.67%) voluntarily accepted premarital examination and 98 (16.33%) were unwilling to undergo premarital examination. The higher the level of education, the higher the proportion of women who voluntarily undergo premarital examination. The main reason for premarital examination is for the next generation of health. At the same time, the object of premarital examination is satisfied with the present mode of “one-door service” and service quality in Songjiang District. The main reason for not receiving premarital examination is that there is a routine medical examination every year and no premarital examination is required. Conclusion: On the basis of carrying out “one-stop service”, we should strengthen team building, step up publicity, carry out special services and raise the rate of premarital examination.
