随着信息技术的发展和进步,各种先进的科学技术逐渐应用到图书馆各个领域中。数字化时代的到来给图书馆读者服务工作带来了巨大的挑战,读者服务模式和服务理念发生了显著的改变,如果图书馆不能紧跟时代发展潮流,及时转变读者服务工作,将会严重影响到图书馆未来的发展和进步。本文主要结合实际情况,就数字化时代背景下,对图书馆读者服务工作所面临的挑战进行了分析,然后论述了工作转变的途径,希望通过本次研究对更好的促进图书馆读者服务工作质量提升有一定帮助。
With the development and progress of information technology, various advanced science and technology are gradually applied to all fields of the library. The arrival of the digital age has brought great challenges to the library reader service work. The reader service mode and service concept have undergone significant changes. If the library can not keep up with the trend of the times and change the reader service in time, it will seriously affect Library future development and progress. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes the challenges faced by the library reader service work in the digital age, and then discusses the ways to change the work.
