目的:探讨新式剖宫产术是否缝合,对二次开腹手术时间、术中出血及盆腔粘连的影响使新式剖宫产更加完美,减少和减轻并发症的发生。方法:对1999年1月~2006年7月曾实行过新式剖宫产术,缝与不缝合腹膜的产妇各124人,再次实行二次开腹手术进行回顾性研究。比较再次开腹的手术时间、术中出血及盆腔粘连情况。结果:是否缝合腹膜对二次开腹的手术时间,盆腔粘连有明显差异(P<0.05),术中出血无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:新式剖宫产术应缝合腹膜。
Objective: To explore whether the new cesarean section is sutured, the effect on secondary laparotomy time, intraoperative bleeding and pelvic adhesions so that the new cesarean section more perfect, reduce and reduce the incidence of complications. Methods: From January 1999 to July 2006, 124 newborn women with new peritoneal cesarean section, sewn and non-sutured peritoneum were retrospectively studied. Compare again open surgery time, intraoperative bleeding and pelvic adhesions. Results: There was a significant difference in pelvic adhesions between the peritoneum and laparotomy (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The new cesarean section should be peritoneal suture.
