After working in Piano City for several years, I not only learned how to judge their favorite piano from the children’s smile, but also learned how to judge the length of their piano lessons. First came to the piano city. The children’s faces covered with a smile, eyes exudes craving and curious eyes. However, for some time, the children who encountered some setbacks (including the teachers’ criticisms of their frustrations, the punishment of their parents and the dumbness of harpsichord) became dull when they stepped into the piano room. Yawn again and again, a look of burnout. Ask them if they like the piano, the answer is basically negative. As a piano teacher, I feel ashamed. This phenomenon means no excuse not for piano education. Some people say: “interest is the best teacher,” I am convinced. Without interest there is no beginning of learning, there is no interest, there is no motivation to learn.Less interest in learning is not only ineffective, and blindly rely on coercion to maintain learning, will make the children’s physical and mental health affected. So how to let the children keep a good interest in piano learning and heat it? I want to talk about some of my teaching experience.
