在少先队组织的各项活动中,辅导员要充分发挥队员的主动性。新时期的少先队工作正是把学生看成有自主性、主动性、创造性的主体,主张积极发挥学生潜在的能力。只有真正发挥队员潜在的能力,学生主体自觉自愿参与,才能形成道德发展的内动力。因此,辅导员在工作中,要充分体现少先队员的自主性原则,辅导员在工作中要注意角色的转换,从说教者变为引导者,精心设计并运用各种活动形式,帮助学生通过自主实践和理性思考,不断提高素质,在活动中弘扬主体性,学做小主人。本篇论文阐述了培养少先队员小主人意识的经验和措施,以供同仁参考。
In the Young Pioneers activities organized, counselors should give full play to the initiative of team members. Young Pioneers work in the new era precisely treats students as autonomous, initiative and creative subjects, advocating the active development of potential students’ abilities. Only by truly exerting the potential capabilities of the team members and by consciously and voluntarily participating in the student body can we form the driving force for moral development. Therefore, counselors should fully reflect the principle of autonomy of young pioneers in their work. Counselors should pay attention to the conversion of roles during their work, and change from preachers to facilitators to carefully design and use various forms of activities to help students pass the autonomy Practice and rational thinking, and constantly improve their qualities in the activities to promote the subjectivity, learn to be a small master.
