强制性制度变迁由政府命令和法律引入和实行,它明显不同于诱致性制度变迁。诱致性制度变迁会出现制度变迁滞后于技术变迁的时滞问题,强制性制度变迁同样存在时滞问题,但它与诱致性制度变迁的情况有根本性的区别。本文对强制性制度变迁下的时滞问题进行研究,通过研究组织学习,并强调适当的知识供给和有效的竞争性外部环境,对这一经济变迁过程进行初步的分析。
Mandatory institutional changes by government orders and laws introduced and implemented, it is obviously different from the induced institutional change.
